    Becoming A Better Cop

Interview with DCI Ryan Brammer, a police officer with a steady and successful police career, who suffered a breakdown at one point and had to stay off work for 3 months.

He used that time very efficiently and took a long, hard look at himself, as well as taking up available support in the form of counselling, cognitive behavioural therapy, support from family, friends and colleagues, meditation and a lot of introspection.

Ryan managed to identify ways of thinking that were damaging to him and changed how he thought and dealt with situations.
